With more than 20 years of experience in the San Diego real estate market, Gail Donahue brings a rare combination of local knowledge, financial expertise, personal attention, and global perspective to every client relationship. Since joining Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015, she has built a reputation for dedicated service, thoughtful guidance, and protecting her clients’ interests throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.
Before entering real estate, Gail spent two decades in banking and mortgage banking, working closely with builders, developers, lenders, and title companies. That background gives her clients a valuable advantage when navigating contracts, inspections, financing, appraisals, construction considerations, negotiations, and closing.
Gail believes that successful real estate begins with understanding each client’s vision.
